Prerequisite Video: If you have a recording of an act you feel meets the prerequisites then please share the link below. If not then please record the following skills, upload the video to youtube and share the link below. (I recommend uploading it to YouTube as unlisted). Skills requested: 1) Ability to enter the hoop while spinning fast. 2) Flares (any type). 3) Pullover from a dead hang. 4) General flexibility: front splits (or close to), pike, pancake, and backbend (bridge with straight arms). 5) A sequence in the hoop that displays a confident, developed understanding of the aerial hoop vocabulary. ***Please keep the video under 3 minutes in total***
